JOB TITLE
General Affairs Security Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a competent Security Service Specialist to organize and oversee all security operations of our company. Security personnel will be under your command while you develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain security standards.
โ€ข Developing the security devices installation plan, defining the safety level of each area, and following up on all security-related installations
โ€ข Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
โ€ข Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with security protocols.
โ€ข Controlling budgets for security operations
โ€ข Recruiting, training, and supervising security staff and vendors, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
โ€ข Conduct regular risk assessments and devise measures to mitigate identified risks.
โ€ข Investigate security incidents and promptly report findings to management.
โ€ข Maintain a secure environment for plant assets and minimize potential security breaches.
โ€ข Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance plant security.
โ€ข Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security management.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
โ€ข Minimum 1-3 years experience in security management, preferably in a plant or industrial setting, or a bachelor's degree in security management or a related field
โ€ข Experience establishing plant security protocols and plans and Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management.
โ€ข Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising experience for security officers and guards
โ€ข Excellent communication and leadership skills.
โ€ข Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Preferred:
โ€ข More than one year of law enforcement experience
โ€ข Good understanding of the Security and Access H/W
โ€ข Good understanding of the Security Camera and Access system
โ€ข IT & network knowledge
โ€ข Essential Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
โ€ข Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies.
โ€ข Familiarity with surveillance and alarm systems.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Travel Requirement
