Back Office Administrator / Project Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hr-$30/hr

Duration: 4-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Hire

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Back Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to support sales operations, customer onboarding, service delivery, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and has strong experience working with cloud-based ERP and CRM platforms.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order creation through project completion while helping the organization exceed service delivery expectations and SLAs.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Order & Service Delivery Support
  • Generate, process, and track sales and warranty orders.
  • Support the creation and delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure service delivery milestones are met.
  • Submit completed orders for billing and maintain accurate documentation.
Customer Onboarding & Project Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage customer onboarding activities.
  • Schedule services with third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure installations and service deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Conduct quality assurance follow-up with customers after project completion.
  • Communicate project updates and timelines to customers and internal stakeholders.
Vendor & Administrative Support
  • Maintain customer, vendor, and contract information within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Manage vendor contracts, purchase order requests, and accounts payable approvals.
  • Provide general sales support and back-office administrative assistance.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute professional business communications.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with company processes.
Required QualificationsExperience
  • Minimum 4 years of customer-facing back-office administration, client services, or business administration experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience using cloud-based ERP or CRM software, such as: NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Zoho One.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional business writing and client communication experience, including drafting and editing business correspondence.
  • Minimum 2 years of project coordination, service delivery management, or related experience.
Education
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field OR
  • Minimum 6 years of business administration experience in lieu of a degree.
