Operations Support Analyst - PDC โ€“ 1st Shift
TERNES Packaging Indiana โ€“ Indianapolis, IN
Scope of Work:
TERNES Packaging Indiana, Inc. is currently looking to fill an immediate Operations Support Analyst position for our Indianapolis based manufacturing client Allison Transmission, Inc (ATI). This position will provide administrative support to ATI in their Global Parts Distribution Center (GPDC) located at 5902 Decatur Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46241. The standard work hours for this position are 6:00am โ€“ 2:30pm, Monday โ€“ Friday. Some weekday and weekend overtime may be required.
The main functions/requirements of this position include:
  • Correlate and distribute daily pick and pack numbers.
  • Create tickets to move and distribute inventory.
  • Monitor and investigate daily shipments and ship requests.
  • Create production orders and labels for the floor operations at the PDC.
  • Sort and file all completed production orders.
  • Sort and file all packing slips from the receiving dock.
  • Assist hourly plant personnel and plant management as required.
  • Analyzing data and reports as required.
