Job description

Warehouse Operations Support Analyst

Large distribution center in Long Beach, CA seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Support Analyst to analyze performance and costs, track vendor data, and drive operational improvements that increase efficiency and budget management.

This is a full-time opportunity where you will work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM and earn $26 - $28 an hour, depending on your experience.

 

At the warehouse you will have access to free parking and an employee lunchroom with a microwave and refrigerator. You will also be eligible for weekly pay and direct deposit.

As a Warehouse Operation Support Analyst, you will collect, coordinate, maintain, and analyze supplier spend and savings data, temporary AIP KPI metrics, and material handling equipment expenses. You will also be expected to:

  • Develop and oversee ISO 14001 key environmental aspects.
  • Provide costing options for various warehouse division projects, start-ups, and peak season requirements.
  • Perform other warehouse support projects, when needed.

To qualify for this position you must have at least 2 (two) years of operations, administration, or related logistics experience and:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Microsoft office suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software proficiency.
  • Experience working with JDE and the ability to analyze and provide expense analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
