Overview

Assists in the ongoing management and fitness of data elements in Salesforce. Incorporates policies, guidelines and responsibilities for administering Salesforce in compliance with policy and business process.


Responsibilities
  • Provides timely support for sales partners with a high-level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
  • Creates and maintains process mapping, knowledge articles, resolution notes, and other departmental documentation and resources
  • Assists senior team members with regression testing as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in customer-service oriented role.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting or equivalent role.
  • 1 year of experience in Paycor/Paychex or related industry experience.
  • 1 year of experience in Salesforce or CRM technology.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $24.00-$38.00 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
