Position Summary: The Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Operations team by driving operational consistency, revenue optimization, and property performance across the portfolio. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day operational initiatives, conducting property and market analysis, and assisting with performance improvement efforts. The Operations Support Specialist will work closely with the Operations Managers to enhance operational standards, improve guest experience, and support revenue-driving strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the RV Parks Operations Manager with day-to-day operational initiatives and special projects
  • Assist in revenue management efforts, including rate analysis, occupancy tracking, and pricing recommendations
  • Conduct competitive market surveys to evaluate pricing, amenities, and positioning of comparable properties
  • Perform property inspections and audits (both virtual and in-person) to ensure adherence to company standards and identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor and report on property performance metrics, highlighting trends and areas for operational improvement
  • Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure consistent execution of operational standards
  • Provide support in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with social media monitoring by reviewing property-level activity and identifying operational or guest experience concerns (in coordination with marketing)
  • Help track and support initiatives that drive ancillary revenue growth
  • Maintain organized documentation, reports, and project tracking tools
  • Travel to properties as needed to support inspections, audits, and operational initiatives

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, finance, marketing or commercial real estate
  • Some experience in hospitality, operations, or related field preferred but not required
  • Strong interest in outdoor hospitality, property operations, and guest experience
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with property management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the organization

Physical Requirements*:
