Position overview
BTG Pactual is a global financial firm operating digital banking, wealth management, investment banking, sales and trading, and more. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial seat inside a big institution that is moving fast.
We are hiring one person to own how BTG shows up online and to be the daily engine behind our voice. You will run our social channels end to end and make most of the content yourself: short form video, carousels, stills, and copy. You will write and grow our blog, support client communications and UI revisions, and draft our internal and external communications. You will own how BTG reads in search and report on what is working.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content & Storytelling. Build and produce content across BTG Pactual social media channels in the U.S.. You make the work, short form video, carousels, and stills, and write creative copy in BTG's tone of voice. Anchor it to real moments: client events, sponsorships, and market days.
  • Social Media Management. Own the calendar day to day, aligned with the social media team and other departments. Plan, publish, engage, and grow the accounts. Keep a steady rhythm and jump on the moment when it is worth it.
  • Blog & SEO. Support and grow the US blog, writing and editing posts, optimized for search. Keep our brand clean and consistent across the sources readers find us through.
  • Internal & External Communications. Draft internal notes, announcements, and copy, and give light executive support. Help coordinate external communications through the agency and compliance without losing the voice.
  • Agency Coordination. Be the daily point of contact for our PR agency. Brief them, build executive agendas, traffic assets, review drafts, and keep owned, earned, and paid in sync.
  • Measurement & Reporting. Track how content, social, and search are performing. Report it simply and tie the work back to what marketing is trying to move.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience. 3 to 5 years in social media, content, or communications, either as a creator or on the agency side. Experience creating content in social media, editing videos s is a plus.
  • Collaboration. Work with our internal creative teams and freelancers on content, video, and media assets.
  • Platform fluency. Native to the platforms. You know what performs and you can take an idea to a published post the same day.
  • Writing. Native English speaker with strong writing. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
  • Comfort in a regulated business. Finance is regulated. You keep the voice sharp while working inside compliance. Familiarity with CFPB and UDAAP rules is a plus.
  • AI native. You use AI tools every day and stay curious about how they are changing marketing.
  • Organized operator. You can manage agency relationships and content calendars while keeping projects organized and moving forward.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with premium brands, particularly in travel, lifestyle, wealth, finance, or luxury.
  • Video editing in CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
