Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Location: Fully Remote (must be able to work 40 per week, 8-5pm ET)

Job Description:

Evolution Marketing is a fast-growing advertising agency looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5-8+ years hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for a variety of industries. If you thrive in a fully remote environment, and love running Google Ads, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Write compelling ad copy aligned with the client's brand, landing page and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Attend twice‑weekly client meetings plus bi‑weekly Google rep meeting.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Must be comfortable in Google Ads Editor.
  • Must have experience working with multimillion‑dollar monthly budgets.
  • Must be comfortable speaking in front of clients sharing insights, results & recommendations.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 AM – 5 PM ET.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel formulas, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to work with data‑driven strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely, both independently and with a team.
  • Must be able to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
