Operations Analyst

Location: Remote, US
Compensation: $75,000 โ€“ $100,000


About the Role

SprintRay is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support the execution of our commercial strategy and key business initiatives. As SprintRay continues to strengthen partnerships with distributors and enterprise customers, this role will provide the operational, analytical, and project management support that enables our commercial leadership team to make informed business decisions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, improving processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Working closely with executive leadership, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, this individual will help ensure initiatives stay on track while providing the insights needed to support business growth.

This position focuses on supporting the execution of strategic commercial initiatives through data, reporting, organization, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Commercial Operations Support

  • Support executive leadership with reporting, analytics, and operational execution for commercial initiatives.

  • Assist in coordinating activities related to key distributor and enterprise account programs.

  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

  • Track action items, timelines, and deliverables for cross-functional projects.

  • Help improve processes that increase efficiency across the commercial organization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Extract, organize, and analyze data from CRM, ERP, and other business systems.

  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports that provide visibility into commercial performance.

  • Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and summarize findings for leadership.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate commercial projects involving Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Success.

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.

  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders stay informed.

  • Assist with quarterly business reviews, strategic planning meetings, and commercial initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Recommend improvements to reporting, workflows, and operational processes.

  • Create standardized templates and documentation for recurring business activities.

  • Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Business Analytics, or a related role.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished executive presentations.

  • Experience extracting, organizing, and analyzing business data.

  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting tools.

  • Experience supporting commercial, sales, or distribution organizations.

  • Knowledge of channel sales or distributor business models.

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, technology, manufacturing, or other high-growth industries.
