Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery Support: Coordinate the day-to-day logistics of our college counseling and academic programs, ensuring seamless execution and an elite experience for students and families.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and help build, refine, and maintain scalable internal workflows.
- Data & Tracking: Monitor student progress timelines, manage service delivery metrics, and ensure compliance with internal benchmarks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership, consultants, and advisors to allocate resources, manage bandwidth, and solve real-time operational bottlenecks.
- Client Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact for operational or scheduling inquiries, providing professional, high-touch support.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a Top 50 university required.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the college preparation, admissions, or academic consulting industry. Prior internship or work experience in the college prep space is highly preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical mindset; you don’t just spot a problem; you actively look for a way to build a process to fix it.
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills with the polish required to interact with high-achieving students and families.
- Adaptability: A strong "no task too small, no challenge too big" attitude. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly as business needs evolve.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with modern workplace tools (e.g., CRMs, project management software, Google Workspace/Excel).
