Agility 360 is seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Contractor) to support our large banking client in San Diego, CA. This role focuses on bridging business needs with technology solutions to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalable outcomes. You will provide day to day support to the Operations Team along with the Client Relationship Admin team including Relationship Managers and other internal departments to deliver accurate, timely, and outstanding service to our clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for gathering deal requirements, reviewing various solicitation documents, communicating with internal teams, and coordinating with Relationship Managers and/or clients to resolve discrepancies
  • Responsible for analyzing capitalization/equity ownership tables and ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies or flaws along with record setups
  • Address and resolve client questions and issues related to cap tables and other transaction related questions
  • Oversee and manage deal setup and solicitation of transaction documents (example documents include Letters of Transmittal, Accredited Investor Questionnaires, 280 G Solicitations, Stockholder Consent forms) including their setup via DocuSign forms
  • Ability to review executed escrow and paying agent agreements, and effectively communicate action items for Post-Closing Releases
  • Perform detailed data analysis using Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans
  • Support the operations teams with various tasks and projects as needed
  • Responsible for executing the Bank's strategic plan, with specific focus on supporting the Business Escrow Services team on transaction activity
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and contribute to excellent client experience

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a four-year college or university required
  • Relevant work experience in Business Escrow Services is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Familiarity with escrow and paying agent agreements
  • Strong understanding of cap tables and experience in managing them
  • Familiarity using DocuSign and related features and forms
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and data mining/gathering
  • Demonstrate an understanding of financial markets and trends
  • Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and adhere to time-sensitive tasks
