Total Safety is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join their safety conscious team! The Operations Support Specialist provide administrative and technical support for a business's day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties:
• Processing invoices as well as in house orders, contacting vendors and customers, coordinating deliveries and returns, analyze root causes of operational malfunctions.
• Provide resolutions, managing calendars, handling, and organizing electronic files, and coordinating maintenance repairs as well as deliveries with multiple TS locations.
• Collecting data from various processes and analyzing it - complete as needed- ensuring information is accessible to all departments within TS.
• Providing support with Eclipse ques for Ship confirming, expediting.
• Ensuring the systems and processes are implemented smoothly when new business procedures and processes are introduced into the company.
• Checking regularly with other teams/departments to make sure the process is being followed and their questions are answered and improve processes if needed.
• Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Pay rate $22-$24


Experience:
1 to 2 years warehouse experience. Eclipse software knowledge helpful, Excel and Word are a plus.


Education:
High School diploma
