Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Analyst will play a key role within the Operations team, serving as a cross-functional resource, providing coverage for bank reconciliation, trade settlement, security pricing, proxy voting, daily cash flows and corporate actions processing as needed. Responsibilities also include reconciliation of custodian bank accounts and quarterly directed brokerage commissions, producing daily T+0 reporting (summary of performance, cashflows and trade activity) and managing monthly cash flow reporting processes.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related financial field.
  • Bachelor's degree reflecting strong academic performance required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall technical aptitude.
  • Experience with or familiarity with industry platforms such as CRD, Bloomberg, Eagle, Omgeo CTM, Alert, and/or Electra is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written communication and business writing skills.

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000. Additionally, the Operations Analyst will be eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus.
