At Post Acute Analytics, we have developed a state-of-the-art solution for resolving healthcare's biggest challenges and are on path to becoming the number one solution for managing healthcare spending while helping healthcare providers deliver the highest quality of care.
As an Operations Analyst, you will support and lead specific business and client initiative with a heavy focus on operational analytics to drive communications and decision-making. This role must be adaptable to evolving business needs and client opportunities. You'll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, dynamic technology and operational environment. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivery.
What you'll do:
• Develop and report on operational statuses and performance opportunities
• Develop presentation materials for client and provider facing teams to utilize
• Identify and present actionable insights for cross-departmental team to utilize
• Track and analyze key performance indicators across multiple clients
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for operational insights needs
• Drive routine deliverables as well as numerous ad hoc requests
• Other duties as required - we are a thriving, growing, company with a lot of opportunity
Requirements
What you'll need
• Bachelor's degree
• 0-3 years industry experience
• 1-2 years in healthcare, ideally in the Post Acute care space
• Understanding of and experience with referral management, utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functions
• Detailed orientation and strong verbal communication still is a must
• Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description
• Minimum Expert level Excel proficiency
• Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications
