Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

· Onboard new accounts and set up billing profiles accurately.

· Maintain fee schedules and ensure billing information is up to date.

· Research and resolve payment variances, rejected transactions, and billing discrepancies.

· Respond to client inquiries related to invoices, payments, receivables, and commissions.

· Reconcile billing, revenue, receivable, and commission activities while following established processes and controls.

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Minimum 1 year of operations, financial services, or administrative experience.

· Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

· Experience handling billing, payments, financial transactions, or account maintenance.

· Knowledge of general accounting and financial reporting principles.

· Experience reviewing data, documentation, or transactions for accuracy and compliance.

· Ability to manage high-volume workloads, meet deadlines, and work effectively across multiple systems.
