The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in aligning and optimizing LodgeLink's sales, marketing, and customer success processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth. This position ensures the seamless integration of data, tools, and workflows across departments, enabling informed decision-making. By managing revenue operations initiatives, maintaining accurate performance metrics, and enhancing system efficiencies, the Sales Operations Analyst empowers teams to meet and exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, systems-minded analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and technology, turning complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes. You excel at cross-functional collaboration and enjoy optimizing tools, workflows, and reporting to help LodgeLink scale revenue and operate smarter.
Responsibilities:
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the go-to resource for resolving operational issues and providing exceptional customer support to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Executive leadership
  • Data Management & Analytics: Manage/consolidate large data sets with immaculate data integrity across systems; Transform complex data into compelling visual stories to enable robust strategic decisions
  • Tool Optimization: Configure, enhance, and manage the daily operations of LodgeLink's sales tech stack, including Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Regie.ai, ensuring optimal performance
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance internal processes for greater efficiency
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver results
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, fostering alignment and effective communication

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Finance, MIS or management consulting, preferably in a technology/B2B SaaS environment
  • Systems Proficiency: Strong working knowledge across a broad base of tools/systems across the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Regie.ai, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo or Salesloft; Extra credit to candidates who demonstrate a mindset of "systems-curiosity" to explore and expand our tech stack productivity
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced level of Excel proficiency, with demonstrated success in managing large data sets and crystalizing reports/data visualizations to drive strategic decisions
  • Academic Achievement: Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, MIS or Operations; MBA Preferred
