Seeking a highly organized, analytical, and very tech-savvy Executive Operations Analyst to support corporate leadership who support a dynamic portfolio of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality ventures.


This fast-paced role blends operational analytics, project management, executive support, and strategic coordination. Ideal candidates will have strong hotel operational experience, are detail-oriented problem solvers who thrive managing multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.


An exceptional opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while gaining broad exposure to hospitality operations across an expanding portfolio. Local candidates strongly preferred.


Candidates MUST reside on the West Coast and MUST have hospitality experience.
