Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an experienced Information Operations Planning Analyst to support MARCENT planning and operational integration efforts. The selected candidate will provide operational analysis, planning support, and cross-functional coordination to assist the Plans & Policy (G-5) Directorate in the development and integration of information operations across theater-level mission requirements.ย  ย  ย ย This position is contingent upon contract award.ย 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support information operations (IO) planning efforts in support of MARCENT operational objectives and theater campaigns.
  • Conduct operational analysis and planning support for Plans & Policy (G-5) initiatives, including Levant operations, naval integration, and bilateral planning activities.
  • Integrate information operations considerations into operational plans, contingency planning, and campaign development processes.
  • Coordinate with intelligence, operations, communications, logistics, and other directorates to support synchronized mission planning and execution.
  • Produce operational plans, assessments, briefings, reports, and analytical products for senior leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Support cross-directorate planning integration to ensure alignment of operational objectives and information-related capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • BA + 10 or AA with 15 years of experience or 18+ years of experience and minimum 10 years of IO Joint planning experience.
  • 10 - 15 years information operations or cyber operations experience
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance
  • SAP eligible or current SAP access
  • STO indoctrination eligible or current
  • Ability to obtain additional SCI compartments as required
  • Prior STO Chief or Deputy experience
  • SAP facility management experience
  • Experience with CENTCOM IO planning and battle rhythm
  • MILDEC Working Group participation experience
  • Experience screening and training personnel for SAP access
  • Familiarity with USCENTCOM planning products and processes
  • Background in joint, bi-lateral, or multi-lateral IO planning
  • Understanding of IO integration into OPLANs/CONPLANs
  • Prior military service in IO, MISO, EW, or cyber operations fields
