Position Overview

Chartis Federal is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and program support to the Customer's Strategic Planning Office (SPO). The Operations Analyst will support program execution through data collection, reporting, communications development, process improvement initiatives, and implementation of organizational tools and systems. This position works closely with Government personnel to support mission execution, information management, and operational effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, analyze, and report information to support program execution and organizational objectives.
  • Develop reports, briefings, presentations, and communication products for Government review.
  • Support preparation of program documentation, status reports, and executive-level briefing materials.
  • Assist with tracking program activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Support implementation and utilization of tools and systems used to enhance organizational operations.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with maintaining organized information repositories and documentation structures.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support program activities, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
  • Support development of dashboards, metrics, summaries, and reporting products used to monitor program activities.
  • Assist with process improvement efforts by identifying efficiencies and recommending improvements to operational workflows.
  • Support analysis and reporting activities related to research and development (R&D) transition efforts.
  • Prepare written products and supporting documentation within established deadlines.ย 

Requirements

  • ย Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience supporting federal government programs, operations, or analytical efforts.
  • Experience preparing reports, briefings, presentations, or other written products.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense organizations.
  • Experience supporting program management, operations analysis, or strategic planning activities.
  • Experience utilizing collaboration, reporting, or knowledge management tools.
  • Experience supporting research and development (R&D) programs or technology transition activities.
