Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all company documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

  • Implement and maintain document control procedures and policies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

  • Ensure all documents are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.

  • Track and report on document control metrics and performance indicators.

  • Coordinate with team members to gather and verify document accuracy.

  • Conduct regular audits of document control processes for compliance.

  • Train staff on document control processes and best practices.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to document management.

  • Assist in the development of new document management tools and systems.

  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding document updates.


Experience/Qualifications

3-5 years QC and Document Control

  • Maintain control of documentation related to engineering and manufacturing documentation

  • Generate Bill of Material (BOM)

  • Pull vendor documents from the BOM

  • Proven experience in document control and management systems.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new document management tools.

  • Strong understanding of document control procedures and compliance standards.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
