Job description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Control Intern to provide critical administrative and hands-on support during the peak construction and commissioning phase of a new state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Sterile CRDMO manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on ensuring the following:
  • Establish the document control area organization and document cataloging
  • Ensure all document packages are intact by page count and attachments
  • Create indices to help organize document packages
  • Locate and include missing documentation
  • Perform preliminary review for incomplete entries and pages
  • Perform document package review for simple GDP errors, flagging them for correction
  • Ensure all documentation packages are delivered to the document control room
  • Ensure all documentation packages are cataloged
  • Ensure documentation packages are checked in and checked out of the document control area
  • Create document binder packages by labeling the spine and cover

Qualifications
  • College students advancing toward a bachelors of science in STEM field
Preferred Skills
  • Customer service experience, internal or external customers
  • Familiarity to industrial, factory, construction, or manufacturing environments
