Job description

Foulston Siefkin LLP is looking for a Full-Time Document Control Assistant in our Wichita office. This position will support a team of Attorneys and Staff members with general clerical tasks and legal document organization.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Assist in maintenance of client files and documents using the Firm document management system
  • Create files for hard copy documents
  • Prepare and mail client documents
  • Complete scanning and printing projects
  • Communicate professionally with others in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Other duties as assigned to support the attorneys, staff, and clients in fulfillment of the Firm’s mission
Qualifications include:
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and outstanding character
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with use of proper grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to lift and maneuver boxes up to 35 lbs.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is helpful
This position is on-site Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
