In the role of Document Control Specialist II, we'll count on you to: 

  • Maintain, organize and update documents in electronic management systems
  • Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team
  • Performs quality assurance and quality control of construction contract documents
  • Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
  • Assist the Project Engineer with back-up documentation of Pay Estimates and construction documentation
  • Create and manage back-up documentation of construction contract documents
  • Must be willing to travel to remote locations in Alaska for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to work extended hours during construction season
  • Must be willing to work in remote camp settings
     
Preferred Qualifications 
 
  • Certifications (one or more):  CDT, CACM, CBCS, ASQ, CCS, MOS, CSCP, CQA, CDS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with compliance with Federal, State and Local record management regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in document control
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Advanced Skills with MS Office applications Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
