  2. Identify growth opportunities within small to midsize accounts to drive measurable value.
  3. Review reports from the client's perspective and resolve issues collaboratively with internal teams.
  4. Manage multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (MPO, Growth, Planning) to keep projects aligned with client expectations.
  6. Present campaign insights clearly and concisely, turning data into actionable recommendations.
  7. Stay proficient with key digital advertising platforms (DV360, Meta, Google Ads) and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
  8. Anticipate and resolve campaign challenges proactively, remaining flexible to client needs and market trends while continuously learning and innovating.

  1. 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Service (agency background is a strong plus).
