Job description

At FBinsure we are committed to a client-experience approach. As a Client Service Manager, you are more than just an insurance agent you are an advocate, insurance educator, and expert communicator. As a CSM you will help customers navigate through the loud and sometimes confusing world of insurance. You will be trained on how to effectively translate complex insurance coverage topics and will work with clients to ensure they are getting the best value and coverages for their needs and budget.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: • Personal Lines department- Property & Casualty • Hours 8:00 to 5:00 PM in a specific branch • Client facing position • Required Saturday rotation • Teamwork is essential as this position requires the CSM to assist other members of the department when needed for the benefit of the client experience • Answer all home and auto policy-specific and coverage questions • Service client walk-ins

EDUCATION: The Client Service Manager will be encouraged to obtain his/her broker’s license, pursue certifications and professional designations in accordance with his/her role, and attend seminars to keep abreast of industry changes.
