Job description

National Labor Management Company is seeking experienced Client Services Representative (CSR) to assist City Manager in San Francisco and surrounding area. Part-time & Full-time schedule, some hours are determined by events, nights and weekends are required.  

Essential Skills:

·       Ensure the highest level of face-to-face customer service to both clients and employees

·       Work on show floor for all No. CA shows

·       Work in San Francisco office when needed to support the City Manager

·       Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management

·       Meet deadlines while working independently

·       Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Quick books, CRM Software is a plus

·       Must be able to track and process:

                                          I.         Hours for individual projects for invoicing

                                         II.         Employee time for payroll

                                       III.         Digital updating of worksite progress

·       Most importantly, a team player!

·       Possible travel to shows, occasionally
