What You'll Do
Client Relations (70%)
  • Understand and manage project scope as agreed with the client and ensure that it is fully executed by both MS and client
  • Communicate with clients to facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of virtual events
  • Create and maintain required project artifacts including project schedule, training materials, project requirements documents, and presentations for various discussions
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to our clients, team members, and executive team in a timely and clear manner

Operational Support (30%)
  • Continually strive to improve virtual event management processes by enhancing best practices and proactively identifying areas of improvement
  • Understand MS products and how platform updates will impact product set-up

What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
  • You will have built strong working relationships with an assigned book of clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of each project's scope, timeline, and key stakeholders, with no major scope gaps or miscommunications logged.
  • You will have successfully managed and delivered at least one virtual event from kickoff to completion, including scheduling coordination, client training, and on-time delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • All assigned projects have complete, well-organized documentation - including project schedules, project requirements documents, and training materials - that are accurate, up to date, and accessible to the broader team.
  • Clients, teammates, and leadership consistently receive timely, clear status updates with no surprises; you have established a reliable communication cadence and are flagging risks before they escalate.
  • You have identified at least one concrete opportunity to improve virtual event management workflows and brought a documented recommendation or early solution to the team, reflecting a solid grasp of MS products and how platform updates affect event setup.

Who You Are
Required:
  • 3+ years of experience managing & producing virtual events for clients
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in pharma or science industries
