Job description

Virtual Event Coordinator Job Duties: Overall event management for a suite of globally focused virtual events.

Pre-program planning and process management

Risk assessment and management

Concept/Idea generation

Internal and external client and vendor management

Attendee Management

Budget preparation and contract negotiation

The driver of weekly planning meetings for assigned program or workstream

Works to complete Event Plans; conducting needs analysis, establish for implementation, identifying key objectives, ancillary event plans, timelines, assigns and manages work provided by contributors as needed for successful event execution.

Manage various internal stakeholders and vendor teams responsible for various functional areas of each event. Lead resource for driving the virtual execution plan development.

Be in lock-step with other workstream leads to make sure participating working and attending staff have all they need to be successful

Measure the impact and results. Evaluate program progress and results against defined metrics. Create or reengineer processes, resources, and/or structure to gain productivity and other program improvements.
