Job description

The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are looking for a Premium Client Service Intern to assist and provide support to the Premium Client Service Department. Applicants should be motivated and comfortable interacting with guests and high-end clients. Applicant will assist the Premium Client Managers on various daily tasks, prioritizing and maintaining part-time staff and other department materials. They will assist with all HEAT games and Concert responsibilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
  • Support the Premium Client Service Department.
  • Assist Premium Client Managers with day-to-day operations.
  • Interact with premium guests, suite holders, and high-end clients.
  • Help coordinate and supervise part-time staff.
  • Maintain departmental materials and administrative processes.
  • Provide support during all HEAT games and concerts.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
