Job description

A high-impact leadership opportunity is open for a seasoned Client Service Director to lead key client relationships, guide integrated campaign execution, and help drive overall business growth. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong agency experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build trust across clients and internal teams alike.

The right person will be a senior client lead who can connect strategy, creative, production, and operations while keeping work moving efficiently and at a high standard. A background in creative, integrated marketing, or digital agency environments is strongly preferred. Interest in gaming, creator culture, or digital communities is a major plus.

This position is based in Los Angeles and requires onsite presence at least three days per week.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and strengthen senior-level client relationships across multiple accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and align cross-functional teams around business goals
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns from planning through delivery
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, scopes, and overall project performance
  • Define and communicate KPIs, results, and ROI to key stakeholders
