Job description

Welcome to Lawrence Law Office, a prestigious Central Ohio law firm. We currently are seeking a Client Services Director to join our dedicated team. As a Client Services Director, you will play a crucial role in obtaining and retaining satisfied clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and marketing team, securing and maintaining client relationships, and assisting with various marketing-related tasks. You will be a liaison between our firm and clients to facilitate timely communication, excellent client service and proper billing and collection. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective collaboration between departments.

Responsibilities

- Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for achieving goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.

Serve as a critical link between clients and other legal service providers on our team.

Assure timely payments for services to allow smooth execution of case strategies.

Provide detailed reporting of client marketing and communications.


Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in record keeping.
