Job description

We are seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join a fast‑paced, team‑oriented industrial manufacturing environment in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will manage and respond to customer requests via phone and email, provide timely status updates, and address product‑related questions with confidence and professionalism. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—including sales, engineering, and production—to ensure customers receive accurate information and a seamless experience from order placement through delivery.

Primary Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers, demonstrating strong business‑to‑business customer service experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and CRM systems with urgency and accuracy.
  • Provide detailed order status updates, lead‑time information, and product knowledge as a Client Service Coordinator.
