At Ameriprise Financial, we help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to families, individuals, and small businesses. Our mission is to simplify financial lives while helping clients achieve their goals.

Job Purpose:

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for handling front office client needs with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. This role involves a variety of tasks including meeting preparation and follow-up, greeting incoming clients, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the front office and meeting spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and connect with appropriate team member
  • Prepare meeting materials and assist with post-meeting follow-up
  • Greet and welcome incoming clients, creating a positive and professional first impression
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and common areas
  • Attend client meetings, providing support and detailed notetaking
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall operation of the practice

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adept with technology

Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base compensation: $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
      • Non-Exempt
    • Potential bonus compensation based on performance.
    • Comprehensive benefits package including:
