Walker Healthforce, a certified WMBE, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support our client partnerships and ensure seamless execution of our service delivery across a nationwide network of hospitals, health systems, and Fortune 100 organizations.


What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will serve as a key operational partner to our Account and Recruiting teams, ensuring a high level of responsiveness, accuracy, and client satisfaction across all engagements. 


In this role, you will:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and client contacts to support day-to-day service delivery
  • Manage requisition intake, updates, and communication to ensure alignment across teams
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address inquiries
  • Prepare, review, and submit candidate profiles, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and update records in our CRM/ATS system (Bullhorn), documenting all client and consultant interactions
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Account teams to ensure successful onboarding and fulfillment of client needs
  • Support the preparation of RFPs, client presentations, reporting, and internal meetings
  • Gather and organize data to support account activity, performance tracking, and operational reporting
  • Assist in maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support consistent service delivery


Experience:

  • 4 years Staffing & Recruiting industry preferred, with 2+ years in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
