Job description

The service coordinator will support the organization through after-market service and warranty work. This position requires a high level of professionalism in all verbal and written communication. The work will involve setting up site surveys, responding in a timely manner to service calls and service orders from vendors, account managers, web based requests and coordinating the necessary parts and services as needed.


The ideal candidate will have an associates degree and 2 years relevant experience. Must also be proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis in excel. The ability to handle multiple projects at a time will be critical.


This is a Monday-Friday position, 8am start. Once trained and hired in full time, the position can be eligible for hybrid work model of 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
