Phones are ringing, insurance portals are loading, urgent results are flying in, and clinician schedules are shifting by the minute. These exceptional people are orchestrating it all-triaging phone calls, coordinating with clinicians, booking appointments, managing charts, and solving administrative crises in real-time, all while maintaining a warm, reassuring smile for the client standing right in front of them. We call them "Client Service Coordinators".

How you'll crush the day:
- You'll be excited to start the morning with coffee in-hand, energized and self-motivated to be the quarterback of the clinic
- Our clients first interactions happen with you, either in-person or over the phone, and after hearing your kind voice and soothing empathy they will feel great about choosing us for their therapy needs
- You'll educate and empower clients on our unique services and equipment, process payment and send them home with a smile on their face
- You'll perform basic accounting functions (A/R) and inventory management
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
- Completion of high school
- Exceptionalcustomer service skills
- Medical office education or experience is welcomed
- Well organized and tech savvy (able to confidently use MS Office)
