Job description

Position Title: Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting advisors by ensuring a seamless client experience. This position requires a proactive individual who is dedicated, charismatic, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, addressing their needs and fostering long-term relationships. Challenges include managing client inquiries and navigating the demands of an older demographic. This role is essential for maintaining the firm's reputation for exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 / Year DOE
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Take notes during client meetings
  • Field client calls and emails
  • Complete necessary paperwork
  • Open new accounts
  • Facilitate fund transfers as required
  • Follow up with insurance companies
  • Address client inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct meeting follow-ups

Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Client Service Associate
  • Proficiency in technology, including Excel with formulas
  • Ability to obtain Series 65 license within 30 days is preferred
  • Possession of a life insurance license is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience with Schwab is preferred
