SPS Global is seeking a professional and service-driven Client Services Associate to support daily office operations and deliver an exceptional workplace experience. As a Client Services Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for mail services, print support, office operations, and workplace coordination. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency, professionalism, and overall client experience within the office environment.

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Job Overview

The Client Services Associate supports office operations by managing mail and package handling, shipping and receiving, print and document services, inventory management, and workplace support functions.

This role combines operational support with frontline customer service responsibilities, ensuring all employees, clients, and visitors receive prompt, professional, and efficient assistance.

Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership


What You'll DoMail & Shipping Operations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and accountability
  • Handle shipping, receiving, tracking, and chain-of-custody documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely package processing and delivery
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for mail and logistics inquiries
Office & Print Services Support
  • Maintain and troubleshoot multifunction devices such as printers and copiers
  • Support print, scanning, and document service operations
  • Monitor inventory levels including toner, paper, pantry supplies, and office materials
  • Ensure office service areas remain organized and operational
Workplace & Operational Support
  • Support meeting room setups and occasional office moves
  • Maintain clean, professional, and organized workspaces
  • Assist across teams and operational areas as needed
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support workplace operations
Customer Service Excellence
  • Deliver polished, professional customer service in every interaction
