Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Understand client needs and goals, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive client success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Assist clients on retail floor
  • Interacting with clients and their dogs
  • Communicating information and requirements to clients
  • Making reservations and scheduling appointments through phone or by walk in clients.
  • Checking dogs in/out of grooming and collecting payment
  • Assisting Retail Customers on the sales floor
  • Assist stocking sales floor
  • Stock and Maintain sales floor
  • Assist with project management activities, including coordinating client onboarding, training, and implementation processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
Requirementsย 
  • 1-2 year's experience working in pet related field
  • Must feel comfortable working with and around Dogs and Cats
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Sales experience is a plus
