Position Requirements

·          College graduate with at least year 5+ years’ experience in a customer service call center environment, and Financial Markets.

·          Pension industry certifications required (e.g. SPARK, CEBS, ASPPA).  ASPPA RPF 1&2, DC 1&2 preferred

·          Five or more years of defined contribution plan administration/management experience with a strong background in customer service/relationship management required.

·          Customer focused with an outstanding customer service and communication skills.

·          Reliable; ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

·          Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and spirit of cooperation in a team environment.

·          Analytical skills, combined with strong business writing ability.

·          Ability to create and interpret call center metrics.

·          Manage multiple tasks and aid in problem solving.
