Client Services Associate

OSCA, a division of Tang & Company which provides instructor-led and computer based safety training, has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Client Services Associate. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, with a professional and respectful attitude, efficient and able to prioritize tasks.

Pay Rate: $18/hr Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Heavy customer interface by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Keep records of customer inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

The Client Service Associate will also possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge or technical aptitude, strong listening and oral communication skills as well as team orientation organizational skills.
