Job description

Screaming Eagle Wealth Management is a Wealth Management Firm in Ventura, CA and we are seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to join our team. We are committed to helping our clients meet their goals, and exceptional client service is a top priority for us. We are seeking a Client Service Associate to assist in providing excellent service to our clients. This position will be in-office with the possibility of hybrid work schedule after a three month training period.
Compensation:
  • Salary range of $70K-$110K, commensurate with relevant experience
  • Great Work/Life Balance with a Monday-Friday Schedule
  • $300/month health care stipend
  • 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
  • 10 PTO days in the first year plus 9 yearly holidays
  • No business development

Responsibilities include:
  • Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy
  • Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various custodial tasks
  • Manage notes, activities, workflows and reports in our CRM
  • Manage and execute client deliverables after the advisors' meetings and communicate with clients to follow up
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regularly regarding scheduling, paperwork, and follow up tasks
  • We are a team that is always striving to improve our processes, and we ask our entire team to help identify areas where we can improve. We want your input to help the firm and this position improve over time!

Requirements:
  • 2 years of financial services experience
  • Adept and skilled with technology, 3rd party software, and the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive Go-Getter - take initiative to handle what you can without being asked
  • Organization skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time - we do not micromanage
  • Ability to learn and implement new technology and software
  • Ability to communicate well and work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacy
  • Experience with our systems/software is not required but please mention it if you have used: A360, WealthBox, LPL ClientWorks, eMoney, Income Lab, Holistiplan, Nitrogen, Wealth.com.

The Process:
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance, you will be invited for an interview with the team. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
