Job description

Client Service Associate | Rhode Island (South County)
Independent RIA seeks hire to work with investment advisory team in providing exceptional experience to multi-generational wealth management clients. Firm offers long-term opportunity in client service or path to become a Financial Advisor. In-office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Trade/rebalance investments; review/resolve drift and non-sufficient funds reports
Maintain client relationships, process client requests; resolve client inquiries
Prepare/submit required forms to custodian, including obtaining client signatures
Prepare Advisors for client meetings (prepare client investment summary), schedule/confirm client meetings
General administrative functions (answering client calls, preparing client correspondence and filing)
REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years comparable financial services or banking industry experience
Series 7 and 63/66 preferred
Focus on accuracy/quality of work; organized/resourceful/detail-oriented; self-motivated to manage multiple priorities effectively; effective communicator with clients and all levels of organization
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
Target base salary is $60-90k and can vary depending on factors such as skillset, licensure, designations, and experience level. Total package will include bonus and competitive benefits.
