Job description

Currently seeking a Customer Service Associate for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Warren, RI.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Associate:

-Act as point of contact to assigned customers while creating and maintaining receptive relationships

-Provide support to account managers in growth initiatives

-Answer any inquires related to orders and or technical questions; resolving any issues in a timely manner

-Prepare and provide quotes to customers ensuring consistency with agreements and clauses; Negotiating pricing as needed

-Enter, process, and manage customer orders and quotes into computer systems

-Maintain customer data, order statuses and other records in systems

-Monitor and track orders throughout process and provide accurate updates to customers

-Work with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time and accurately

-Generate all supporting reports and support reviews as needed

-Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements of Customer Service Associate:

-Minimum High school Diploma or equivalent

-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

-3+ years experience Customer service or similar role

-Previous experience in aerospace or similar manufacturing environment

-Good multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to read and write English

-Excellent computer skills including ERP systems and a  proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

-Great attention to detail

-Able to stand, walk, or sit throughout shift

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $24.00-$25.00/hr
