If you’re skilled at building trust, guiding people through important decisions, and managing multiple client relationships, we’d love to meet you.
Travel between Sugar Land, Galleria, and Katy offices required

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Initial Consultations: Host engaging, informative meetings with prospective clients exploring estate planning options.
  • Educate & Empower: Clearly explain our service packages, tools, and pricing—highlighting benefits and addressing concerns with confidence and care.
  • Guide Decision-Making: Use our structured meeting outline to uncover client goals, identify barriers, and offer tailored solutions that move them forward.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure smooth handoff of client information to attorneys and support staff for next steps in the planning process.
  • Track Engagements: Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and client progress in our CRM system.
What You Bring

  • Proven ability to build rapport and guide clients through decision-making processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
  • Detail-oriented approach to note-taking and documentation.
  • Familiarity with the legal or financial services industry preferred.
