Job Title: Financial Client Service Associate

Location: Chicago

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

The Financial Client Service Associate role involves working closely with financial advisors to ensure smooth and efficient client onboarding, transaction processing, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Assist financial advisors in the onboarding process of new clients, including gathering necessary documents, setting up accounts, and ensuring all client information is accurate and complete.
  • Transaction Support: Manage and process various client transactions, such as fund transfers and investment purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their accounts, transactions, and inquiries. Provide timely responses to client requests and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
  • Operational Support: Support day-to-day operations by managing client account information, maintaining accurate records, and updating client details in the system.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, track transactions, and ensure proper documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes.
  • Coordination with Advisors: Work closely with financial advisors to ensure that client needs are met and provide administrative support for client meetings, reviews, and other financial services.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all activities are conducted in line with industry regulations and the company’s internal policies. Help maintain the firm’s compliance with all relevant financial laws and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in a client service role within financial services or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services such as investments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Series 6, 7, 65 or 66 licenses
  • Previous experience working with financial advisors or in client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
