Job description

This is a Full-Time position. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Remote work available, but must reside in Arizona.

Pay: up to $22.00 per hour

Bilingual differential pay for those bilingual in Spanish!!!


SAGE Counseling is actively recruiting for Full-Time Client Service Associates to provide support for admitting clients to SAGE by:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Processing treatment referral
  • Data entry into the electronic health record
  • Maintaining client files
  • Completing outgoing calls for services


The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail orientated individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a background in office administrative.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Differential pay offered!
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Eligible to successfully complete background check to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
  • Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
