Position: Client Service Administrator

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Saturn Wealth, based in Gilbert, AZ, is a full service, independent financial planning firm that specializes in creating comprehensive retirement plans for those approaching or currently in retirement. Our mission is to provide individuals and families with objective and unbiased financial advice to achieve short and long-term financial goals. We pride ourselves on developing close relationships with clients to really understand their goals and objectives.
As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Client Service Administrator who excels at building long-term client relationships and helping individuals make informed financial choices. You’ll offer ongoing support, proactive outreach, and exceptional service, ensuring clients feel secure and confident in their retirement plans.
What You’ll Do:
  • Accurately complete and process service requests in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM (Redtail)
  • Complete the opening, closing, and transfer of client accounts
  • Process financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct follow-up communication with partners and clients as needed
  • Assist advisors with comprehensive pre-appointment preparation
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to new account openings, transfers, or amendments
  • Effectively prioritize and manage daily tasks and operational matters
  • Provide support to team members as required to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of financial industry experience
  • Series 65 preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days
  • Life and Health Insurance license preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
  • A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting client relationships
  • Highly organized, self-driven, coachable, and collaborative
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters
