Role Description

The client services associate supports client experience by providing exceptional client service, assisting in client relationship management and serving as administrative/operational support to our team and clients.


Qualifications/Skills

  • Operations Management and Team Management skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Industry experience is a bonus; not required.
  • Securities and/or insurance licensing or willing to obtain
  • Self starter - decision-making abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Software and Microsoft office
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Morningstar/Redtail/Luma/Firelight experience


Compensation/Benefits/Schedule

  • Strong competitive compensation with incentive compensation available (bonus)
  • Full suite of retirement and health benefits
  • On site Monday - Thursday. Friday remote until 12:30PM.
  • July 4th - Labor Day weekend, office is closed on Fridays.
  • Main office is located minutes away from I-95 - Newtown exit
