Position Summary – Client Services Associate

Growing private jet aviation company seeks a highly organized, client-focused Client Services Associate to join the Operations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between aviation advisors, clients, operators & vendors. Client Services Associate manages trip execution from initial request through post-flight follow-up. Position requires strong operational judgment, attention to detail, the ability to perform under time-sensitive conditions in a fast-paced aviation environment, and the ability to be on-call after hours (as needed) for this 24/7 company operatio
