We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Data Analytics to join our Revenue Operations team. This role would be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives that improve sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role oversees sales analytics, reporting infrastructure, and performance measurement while partnering with sales leadership to develop strategic insights and optimize processes.
The manager translates complex sales data into actionable insights, manages analytics tools and CRM reporting, and ensures the sales organization has accurate data to drive decision-making.
What you'll be doing:

- Lead and mentor sales operations analysts or data analysts, bringing your expertise from prior positions to help analysts learn and grow
- Manage analytics projects and ensure delivery of high-quality insights

Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or another related field, or relevant equivalent working experience
- 2-3 years experience as a data analytics and/or sales operations manager. 5+ years working in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or related field, at least 2+ within a SaaS organization
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong proficiency in Salesforce, and other sales and/or marketing platforms
